A sliver deck that has done pretty good for me so far. You should prioritize Diffusion Sliver to stop any removal, next is Manaweft Sliver for the ramp. Once you get First Sliver out it should be pretty much game over. I am not too sure about Vanquisher\’s Banner as it is a new addition to the deck, but it helps late game with card draw.
