Lutri, the Spellchaser is unbanned but remains banned as a companion.
Effective date: February 9, 2026
This reflects the effort into expanding and bringing options from older bans and now that the state of play has changed this cards can make a healthy appearance in the format, and Lutri can appear as long its not a companion.
Though the community still expected further changes regarding Rhystic Study prominent appearances, but sadly didn’t happen,
